EaterBros is established in 2019 in San Diego, CA with the mission of delivering authentic, traditional, and delicious Turkish street foods to those who are in love with Anatolian and Mediterranean cuisine. EaterBros currently serves over 50 retailers and more than 20 restaurants all around the US Market.

As a marketing specialist of the company, my responsibilities are:

Identifying marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Developing marketing and sales strategies. Running Google Ads and Facebook Ads, checking engagements, and making modifications. Creating loyalty programs and benefits. Planning and managing marketing campaigns, and CRM, collaborating with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers. Building business marketing strategies.

The Calzedonia Group has been rapidly growing its revenue all over the world (50+ countries) for over 30 years. Its efforts at creating successful products and brands continue getting stronger in international fashion retail markets. The Calzedonia brand I was responsible for is the elite, luxury lingerie product of Intimissimi.

The Calzedonia Group’s regional Turkey Team is managing 30 Stores all over the country and I was responsible for the success of 5 main stores in Istanbul. The stores’ team quality has a big effect on creating a success story for Calzedonia Turkey. I was particularly hiring each store employee and training them in their first month. At the same time, I was auditing and coaching their performance in the store.

With a weekly average budget of $10K, full responsibility for creating seasonal financial, marketing, and sales plans. Including store employees’

salary decisions, searching for potentially good products, and strategizing those products’ fashion market entry plans for the region.
I was the decision maker on which products should we focus on during that week and decorating stores accordingly to increase those products’ sales. In addition to that, I was creating a strong strategy such as campaigns, gift cards, and special offers to increase the sales of products that are not having great demand.


Junior Buyer – Boyner Group / Istanbul, Nov 2017 – May 2018

Boyner Group is the largest non-electronic retail group in Turkey. It has empowered its position in the sector for 40 years now. Today, Boyner serves 117 stores in 37 provinces in Turkey, in 6 different retailing concepts with its department stores and its Boyner Sports, YKM Sport concept stores specializing in a single category, Outlet Stores, and YKM Stores.

Turkey is the textile industry leader in the region and exports domestic brands’ products to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Boyner is in the leading position in the textile industry’s development process in Turkey and according to 2019 textile exporting reports the revenue is 9.3 Billion Euro. The team I worked with focused on lingerie textiles with a yearly revenue of 1 Billion Dollars.

30 Lingerie brands I managed with well-known business models of consignee: Calvin Klein, Suwen, US Polo Assn, Pierre Cardin, Koton, Limon, Blackspade, Ay Yildiz, Kom, Penti, Dagi, Triumph, Miss Claire, Magic Form, Bonesta, Belissa and so on. Our team was the decision maker on the products that we handpicked and introduced in our stores. Checking the quality of the products, demand for the products, and every individual product’s weekly sale graphic reporting was my responsibility. Also, I used to search and meet with new brands and decide if they were a good fit for our Boyner Stores. Auditing each brand’s performance in the market and its financial growth was our team’s main goal. All the agreements we set up between brands are managed and executed by me.

Each Boyner Store has its store management team and that team is responsible for the brand’s sales success. My team weekly visits and audits each brand in the store and sales representative.

Our team came up with a marketing and sales plan called Kelebek (Butterfly) campaigns to increase sales by providing discounts on special days which Boyner is still offering to customers.


Business Development and Marketing Specialist – Dogus Otomotiv / Istanbul, Jan 2016 – Nov 2017

Dogus Automotive is a 30-year-old vehicle distribution leader in Turkey. The brands under its management are Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Scania, Skoda, and Porsche.

Dogus Automotive’s leading team where I worked directly with has a headquarters in Sweden. I was directly working with the main headquarters in Sweden, monthly reporting directly to the General Manager.

Dogus is continuing its success story in 7 regions, at 36 Authorized Sales and 33 Service points, and with more than 1,400 employees. Each month, I created and organized sales and maintenance training to update other teams with new developments.

Our team’s management skills were significant factors in creating new projects to increase Dogus Automotive’s regional power.
